The Space:
As you step into this beautiful oceanview apartment, youâll be welcomed by breathtaking views across Pumicestone Passage, the ocean, Bribie Island, and the Glass House Mountains. The open-plan layout flows effortlessly between the kitchen, dining, and living areas, all positioned to make the most of the spectacular ocean outlook. Head out to the expansive balcony, where a dining setting for six, BBQ, and an outdoor sofa create the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the scenery.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a relaxed, fuss-free stay, including a fridge, electric oven and stovetop, dishwasher, coffee machine, and microwave, plus a perfectly placed window with gorgeous views while you do the dishes. The living area channels luxe coastal comfort with a plush leather sofa, air conditioning, smart TV, and an adjacent dining table for six. Thereâs also a quaint rear balcony with seating for two.
Bedroom One: The generous primary bedroom offers a comfy king bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, walk-in wardrobe, smart TV (apps only), ensuite and sweeping ocean and mountain views through the windows.
Bathroom One (Ensuite): Features a shower, toilet, and vanity.
Bedroom Two: This coastal-chic room includes a queen bed, ceiling fan, and wardrobe cupboard.
Bedroom Three: Ideal for kids or extra guests, this room has two single beds and a wardrobe cupboard.
Bathroom Two/Laundry: A handy combined laundry and bathroom with a front-loading washing machine, dryer, and sink, plus a shower, vanity, and toilet.
Enjoy access to the shared ground-floor pool, ideal for cooling off on warmer days. Set on the sixth floor with lift access, the apartment offers both ease and privacy. Youâll have the entire space to yourselves, along with a single secure car space in the buildingâs garage.
Guest Access:
The apartment is on level 6 and is accessible via the lift. Guests will have access to the entire apartment along with space for 1 car in the undercover garage and access to the complex pool.
The Neighborhood:
Perfectly positioned between Kings Beach and the heart of Caloundra, this apartment places the best of the coast within easy reach. Kings Beach and Happy Valley are around a 10-minute stroll (600m), ideal for morning swims, coastal walks, and beachfront cafĂ©s, while Caloundraâs main street along Bulcock Street is just a relaxed five-minute walk for shopping, dining, and everyday essentials.
Moffat Beach is only four minutes by car, with Dicky and Shelly Beaches close by for laid-back surf breaks and seaside picnics. When youâre ready to explore further, Mooloolaba and Maroochydore are about 30 minutes away, the airport is 35 minutes, Australia Zoo is roughly 30 minutes, and the lush hinterland towns of Maleny, Montville, and Kondalilla Falls are an easy 35â50 minute drive.
Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to explore the Sunshine Coast, if youâre wanting a break from driving the local bus does service this area frequently should you need it. The apartment is approximately a 200m walk to Moreton Pde at Canberra Tce bus stop, where bus services operate to Currimundi, Kawana, Mooloolaba, Maroochydore.

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This apartment is in a residential complex with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
