With two comfortable bedrooms, each featuring a queen bed, plus a sofa bed in the living area, the apartment is ideal for couples, friends travelling together, or small families. The open-plan space is filled with natural light, with a well-equipped kitchenette for preparing simple meals and a relaxed lounge area for unwinding. This thoughtfully styled studio offers a light-filled open plan with everything you need for a carefree stay. Wake to soft morning light, brew a coffee in your private kitchenette, and unwind in a space that balances modern design with warm, homely touches. During your stay, youâll also have shared access to fantastic resort-style facilities including a 25m swimming pool, outdoor spa, and inviting entertaining areas â ideal for soaking up the Queensland sunshine. The property comfortably sleeps 4 guests in the main bedrooms. A sofa bed is also available on request. Please note there is an additional charge of $50 per night for use of the sofa bed to cover linen hire and preparation. If youâd like the sofa bed set up for your stay, let us know in advance and weâll arrange it. Guests have exclusive use of the private two-bedroom unit, complete with its own entrance, kitchenette, lounge, and dining area. During your stay, youâll also enjoy shared access to the beautiful outdoor living spaces, including the 25m pool, spa, and expansive deck with seating â perfect for relaxing or socialising in the fresh coastal air. If weâre around during your stay, weâre more than happy to say hello, share local tips, or have a chat. At the same time, we completely respect your privacy and will leave it up to you to decide how much or how little youâd like to interact. Use of the sofa bed is available on request. A fee of $50 per night applies to cover linen hire and set-up. Please confirm at the time of booking if you would like the sofa bed made up so we can prepare it for your stay. We ask that you please take note of our house rules: To ensure a safe, clean, and respectful environment for all guests (and our neighbours ), we kindly ask that you follow these rules: 1. No Parties or Events This is a strict no-party property. Immediate eviction and loss of bond may apply if this rule is broken 2. No Unregistered Guests Only guests included in the booking are permitted. Visitors must be pre-approved and may not stay the night. 3. No Smoking Smoking or Vaping is strictly prohibited inside the house or on the deck. Please use grass areas away from the house and dispose of cigarette butts in the rubbish bins. 4. No Pets This property is strictly no pets. 5. No Loud Noise or Music After 10 PM Respect for our neighbours is a top priority. Noise complaints will result in removal from the property. 6. Do Not Move Furniture or Decor Furniture and dĂ©cor are to remain in place, both inside the studio and on the deck. Moving items can cause damage and disrupt cleaning. Please notify us of any accidental spills or damages as soon as possible. In the event of a spill on the carpet, notify the property manager immediately rather than attempting to clean it yourself, as we have professionals who can handle stains effectively. 7. Pool Rules âą Do not touch or move the pool cleaning equipment â it is automated and essential for water quality. âą Children must be supervised at all times when in or near the pool and spa. 8. Spa Use âą Please do not adjust the spa temperature settings. The spa is pre-programmed for safety and comfort. âą Ensure the cover is replaced after use to retain heat and keep it clean. âą Do not allow excessive splashing as this will cause the water level to drop below the operating level requirements. 9. No Eating or Drinking in Bedrooms Please keep all food and drink in kitchen/dining areas to avoid spills and stains. 10. Do Not Disconnect or Tamper with Cameras, Wi-Fi, or Smoke Alarms or TVâs. Any interference with safety devices or internet access may result in fines or termination of stay. 11. Leave the Property in a good condition Excessive mess, damage, or missing items will result in additional charges. 12. Septic System and Tank Water Our home is off grid for both septic and water. IMPORTANT! Please DO NOT put anything down the toilets other than toilet paper. Blockages will occur if items such as baby wipes or sanitary items are flushed. If a pump out is required after or during your stay, you will incur additional fees.
