We had a blast for my wife’s 40th birthday. We had some family come over and we had some friends come over. We played some of the games, ping-pong, foosball, air hockey. The house is loaded with stuff. It had an awesome view from both floors. Highly recommend.

Great location and views. Enjoyed the walk to the beach each day as well. Everything was as described. Four adults had their own spaces, which was great. Were able to grill, which was important to us. There are a ton of things in the house, particularly in the kitchen, and some look like they don't get much use, so there were some slightly dirty things in the kitchen. Nothing we couldn't clean easily. No complaints from any of the guests on the beds upstairs. The main bedroom bed downstairs is rather high up and either super soft or broken down, I don't know which, but probably isn't great for those with a bad back. Pick a bed upstairs! All the good outweighed these minor things by far.

We loved our stay at this spacious home. Katie was very welcoming and wanted to make sure we were settled and happy upon arrival which we definitely were. The wall of windows toward the beach are fantastic with lots of seating options. Loved perusing all the books and our group enjoyed lots of walks on the beach and to the prom. Definitely a place we'd stay at again.

Centrally located, equipped with everything we needed, and million dollar views. It's a quick walk to the beach from the house, 3 minutes to the grocery store, and close to at least 5-10 food spots. This was perfect for our family including a 6 and 8 year old.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beach house in Seaside! You can’t beat the location—being right on the beach with stunning ocean views made the trip extra special. The house has such a chic, modern look inside while still feeling incredibly cozy and welcoming.Some of our favorite parts were the game room (perfect for evenings together), the inviting outside patio where we could relax and enjoy the sea breeze, and the overall comfort of the space. Every detail felt thoughtful, from the dĂ©cor to the layout, and it made for an easy, relaxing getaway.Highly recommend this home for anyone looking for the perfect mix of style, comfort, and unbeatable views. We can’t wait to come back!

Great location. Easy walk to the beach which my kids loved. Also an easy walk to the prom. Check in had a bit of a hiccup with no key being present and having to wait so we couldn’t get into the house until a hour after check in time. Lots of space which worked great for our family. The downstairs bed is pretty high, which was very hard on my elderly mother. Other beds were all normal height but upstairs. The kids loved the kids room, but the beds could have used a flat sheet (not sure if that’s a housekeeping issue). Kids loved the air hockey and foosball tables. Great house and we’d love to stay again!

Completely hassle free checkin. Ran out of a couple of supplies because we had an extended stay - Katy was right on it. Yeah, some of the carpets have stains - but it's the beach! Lots of books. Lots! Lots of gathering spaces. Nice flowers. Quiet.

Great family home

On the waterfront, this home was a perfect fit for our family reunion! Plenty of space and activities for the kids. Tastefully decorated, and kitchen is well stocked. Would rent this home again in the future.

Katy is fantastic! The home is lovely, beds very comfy, it is a nice big space for lots of people. Could have used a few more things in the kitchen, aluminum foil, more garbage bags, and there was only 1 laundry pod, etc. Our stay was interrupted for a night due to concern about a Tsunami, but not much can be done about that. Overall, an excellent property and host :)

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Many laughs were had and memories made. We had several pros and cons to this space but overall appreciated our stay.Pros:Great location that was easy walking distance to the prom and town.Lots of space, easily accommodated 4 adults and 5 children.Not cluttered, essential kitchen tools and furniture provided.The property manager was proactive in communication and was helpful with questions we had.THE VIEWCons:-Cleanliness could improve. The kitchen and dining surfaces were tacky/gritty and needed cleaning upon arrival. The floors were sandy in some places and the rugs needed a vacuum. The vacuum on the main floor was broken so we could not clean to our liking.There was dust and cobwebs in corners, in the drapes, and on the ceiling fans. We have children with severe allergies so this was a challenge for us.-The grill was a mess. It is a table top grill, not standard outdoor BBQ grill and it’s located in the garage. It wasn’t cleaned when we arrived and the grill brush was nowhere to be found. We opted to not grill due to this.-The sand toys were trashed and there was one beach chair. We ended buying beach stuff.-The “secret hideout” in the kids room seemed unfinished like exposed wires in the wall we didn’t feel comfortable letting kids play near.-The furniture is old like couches in the rec spaces and primary room beds.We liked our stay, but just wished the several cons were addressed.

Fantastic!

Great, quiet location within walking distance to town and only a short stroll across the dunes to the beach. Large house fit two families with lots of room. Library and games room were an added plus! Gave four stars for cleanliness just because of the age of furnishings and carpets but those are definitely easy to overlook when the space and location were so fabulous. Would return in a second!

Family Fun

Had two houses rented for a full family vacation. This house was perfect for us to hang out, walk to the beach, play and visit. Beautiful view and home, and so nice to have all the games for more fun.

Nice house on the beach

Welcoming house, great view of and easy walk to beach, more than enough room for the six of us, all amenities of home, short drive to Seaside main drag, fire pit was a bonus for s’mores.Katy was super easy to work with.

The house accommodated our family group nicely. That can be hard to do with teenagers AND little's. Katy was very nice and helpful. The house needed a little attention as there were multiple lights burnt out and some dust, but nothing crazy and Katy listened to our concerns. May
