The perfect getaway. Within walking distance to beach, town, Jitney, LIRR and ferries to the South Fork. This quiet and bright house is located in the heart of Greenport. Enjoy wineries, breweries, amazing restaurants, shops and beaches.

Guests have the entire house, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, fenced in outdoor space with all the amenities: outdoor shower, Weber grill, yoga shed, fire pit, hammock, Nespresso machine, board games, karaoke mic, etc... There is also a fully-equipped gym in the basement with treadmill, stationary bike, and weights.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house in Greenport. The location is great, just a quick drive to the center of town, where you’ll find good restaurants, charming shops, and the waterfront. It’s also perfectly situated near some of the best wineries in the area, making it an ideal home base for exploring the region.The house is very comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Greenport!

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was even more spacious than expected. It was in a great location - about five min walk to bay beaches and 15 min walk into downtown Greenport. The backyard patio was very private. Thank you for a great stay!

We had an amazing time! The home is gorgeous with beautiful furnishings and so much light. We love sitting in the backyard and we had everything we needed (2 adults and two teenagers). We were a quick walk to the amazing restaurants and shops of Greenport and an easy drive to numerous beaches. I highly, highly recommend this property!!

Great Weekend Getaway

Had a great weekend getaway in the NoFo. Property is perfect for a small group (even though it was just my husband and I) and well equipped for all your needs. It’s also just a short 10 min walk to town which is nice and convenient. Would certainly stay again!
