Located in the neighbourhood of Frankton adjacent to the Five Mile shopping centre, this brand new and stylish two-story townhouse is an ideal oasis for couples, families, or friends.
The ground floor welcomes you with a bright, open-plan living area featuring quality furniture and all of the ammenities you`d wish for to comfortably accommodate up to four guests. The modern, well-equipped kitchen invites you to prepare meals with ease. For your year-round comfort, the home includes a heat pump for heating and air conditioning. Step outside to the patio, it`s the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee while contemplating the day ahead.
Upstairs, you`ll find two bedrooms designed for a restful night`s sleep, complete with high-quality linens and room-darkening shades. The modern bathroom features heated towel rails for your comfort.

Towels and bed linen are included. An initial supply of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some kitchen supplies are also provided for your arrival.
