Welcome to The Little Loop Townhouse â a modern 2-bedroom retreat in the popular Five Mile Villas. This stylish townhouse offers a comfortable open-plan living space, sleek furnishings, and a cosy outdoor patio perfect for relaxing after a day out in Queenstown.
With a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and quality amenities, itâs ideal for couples, small families, or work trips. Located in the heart of Frankton, just a few minutes from the airport, youâll be just steps from Five Mileâs shops, supermarkets, cafĂ©s, and transport links, and is a great central location for access to the lakefront, trails, and ski fields.

****The neighbourhood is still developing, so you might notice some construction activity during the day. Weâve priced the townhouse accordingly so guests continue to enjoy great value.
Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. Additionally, all guests who are unaccompanied by a parent or guardian must also be over 25 years of age.
Check in time: the property will be available from 3:00pm on the day of your arrival
Check out time is 10:00am on the morning of departure.

NO SMOKING POLICY -柀ć ć€çŠæąćžç -Smoking is not permitted in this holiday home, outside or in any of the common areas. Breach of this policy will result in a cleaning fee being applied to the guest who made the booking.
Our holiday homes must be left in a clean and tidy condition upon departure. Should the home require excessive cleaning over and above what is deemed reasonable, a charge of $75.00 plus gst per hour will be on-charged to the guest who made the booking. This includes but not limited to doing dishes, pots and pans, removal of rubbish, cleaning the oven after use and the BBQ.
As our holiday homes are all non -serviced we provide complimentary consumables sufficient for the first 2 days of your stay such as toiletries, toilet paper and soap.
The other condiments, spices etc in the pantry cupboard are for your use but are not intentionally provided. Feel free to use what you need but it would be appreciated if you could replace or leave something similar when you leave.
RUBBISH - We kindly ask that you dispose of the rubbish correctly. If rubbish is found on your departure which is not in the correct bins provided, any disposal and sorting costs incurred will be on-charged to the guest who made the booking.
As residential homes you are asked to respect quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. The number of occupants is as per the reservation and may not be increased without approval from Harcourts Property Management. Increased occupancy, excessive noise or illegal activity may result in penalty charges and eviction and forfeiture of all prepaid rental monies.
DAMAGES /NEGLIGENCE
We accept that breakages and accidents do happen, the person who made the booking is responsible to report any breakage to Harcourts Property Management and Rentals.
