Inside, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms with quality linens, designed for restful nights after full days of exploring. The living space is warm and welcoming, centered around a beautiful fireplace that makes the cottage especially cozy in the winter months, but can be enjoyed year-round.

The humble amenities are intentionally simple—equipped with a mini-fridge, coffee maker and microwave—ideal for morning coffee and light meals, while encouraging guests to enjoy Leavenworth’s fantastic dining scene just minutes away. The cottage also features one bathroom with a shower, providing all you need for a comfortable stay.

Snowberry Cottage isn’t about excess—it’s about comfort, warmth, and location. A charming, well-done space designed to be your home base while you experience all that Leavenworth has to offer.

This home is an attached apartment of the main house and there are residents who live there. This cozy cottage space is set up feel private, and the residents who live in the other half of the home are extremely respectful of your space and privacy. We ask that you also respect theirs and adhere to quiet hours.  Thank you!

This home does not have a dishwasher, kitchen or kitchen sink. We do supply disposable cutlery, cups, and plates similar to what you might find in a hotel room.

There are trains passing in this area and can be heard from this home and it is located just off of Chumstick HWY which provides easy access to town on this country road.

If you are planning to visit during the winter or summer months, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. The weather can be unpredictable during these seasons and we hold firm to our cancellation policy.
