The perfect location for your Leavenworth experience!

Welcome to the Inn on 8th, Suite, C.  This comfortable modern suite offers a king bed and a comfortable sofa-sleeper for up to four guests to use as a home base while visiting this beautiful area.  The kitchenette provides a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster.  With a full bathroom, a cute bistro-style table, and a small living area, you will have all that you need to stay comfortably while enjoying our wonderful Bavarian town.  Perfectly located in the heart of downtown Leavenworth, all you need to do is walk out the door and you will find yourself immersed in the hustle and bustle of town.  Explore all the shops and boutiques and then head on over to one of the many restaurants or brew houses and indulge in local fare. If you`d rather get back to nature, hiking, biking, rafting skiing and so much more is on offer for you to choose from. Convenient, comfortable, and waiting for you!

Ask us about the 2 bedroom suite that sleeps 6 and our other studio suite that sleeps 4 located upstairs from this unit that rents separately.

Please Note:

The couch is a full and is only suited for small children.

This location is in the heart of downtown and can be noisy! We provide earplugs and white noise machines to help mitigate disturbances from the bar downstairs as well as general street noise. Light sleepers and travelers with children will want to consider this when booking.

If you are planning to visit during the winter or summer months, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. The weather can be unpredictable during these seasons and we hold firm to our cancelation policy.

The instructions for check in and out were clear and easy to follow. The place was great for our purpose. You can hear noise from the bar next door, however, ear plugs were provided. It was a great location and I would stay here again.

Clean and easy access to downtown Leavenworth. Parking spot directly outside of suite. Some significant drawbacks to this location is while being on the ground level - there was no screen in the window (making it not feel the safest) because the owner asks to not turn down the AC unit past 71 F.

We loved our stay at Inn on 8th. It was so close to all the lovely shops and restaurants with fantastic views. It was an incredible couple days in Leavenworth!

The property was as described, love that we were in town and able to walk to shops and restaurants and the river. There was some noise at night, but it did not bother us, and they did leave earplugs for those it would bother! We would absolutely stay here again, thank you!

A cute little spot near downtown

It was interesting, driving into a back alley to find our spot for the week. The ceilings are low, the bathroom is functional but tiny, and there is only a microwave. It was very considerate of the hosts to provide earplugs, as the bar next door plays the bass loudly and continues into the night.

This place was great for our short stay in Leavenworth. We didn’t spend a lot of time in our room as we were out and about exploring. Centrally located so you can walk to everything. We didn’t have any trouble with the noise from the bar above but we are sound sleepers. No views so you should consider that if it’s important to you. Great price and staff extremely responsive to our questions about checkin, etc.

Great and fun stay

Easy booking, quaint and quiet place right in the heart of downtown. Very minimal noise in the evenings, even though there is a bar near by. Host was easy to get ahold of and was polite and professional. We would 10/10 recommend and will consider staying again.

There is a restaurant in the same building that appears to be open until 2 AM. Noise from that place on night one was not awesome. The next night was quieter. The location is amazing. Conveniently right there by all the main shops. They do offer earplugs Via a little jar of them. Location alone was worth it. Next time I would probably bring a speaker or something to have some white noise to drown out the restaurant/bar. The owner was quick to communicate and very nice.

A great studio

A very nice studio located right in the heart of Leavenworth. It's a quick walk to everything on Front street. There's a bar next door, so use the supplied earplugs if sensitive to noise, but it was not overly loud. Definitely read to arrival directions as gps will not get proper directions to the parking spot.
