Nestled on the front left side of the property, just steps from the kayaks, Pilot House perfectly blends classic coastal appeal with cozy comfort. This dog-friendly cottage offers a peaceful retreat where you can unwind and savor life's quieter moments — whether you're soaking in the tranquil water views or curling up with a book on the private deck.

Step inside to the welcoming living room, featuring a working gas fireplace that provides extra warmth and cozy ambiance no matter the season — an ideal spot to relax after a day exploring the Cape. Off the living space are two comfortable bedrooms — one with a queen-size bed and the other featuring two twins — plus a full bathroom with a convenient stall shower. Window AC units in both bedrooms ensure a cool, comfortable stay.
