à propos de cet hébergement
Warehouse conversion set 100 metres from Bridge Rd
Once a historic Eucalyptus Distillery, this fully renovated one-bedroom warehouse apartment blends industrial heritage with high-end modern design. Dark, moody and meticulously finished, itâs far from your standard short-stay. Just over 1 km to the MCG, 2 km to the city, and steps from Bridge Road cafĂ©s, shops and trams, itâs the perfect stylish urban escape.
Behind a secure entry, this first-floor apartment embraces its warehouse heritage with black polished floors, exposed beams, cast concrete ceilings and iron-framed factory windows. Every detail has been elevated, from the industrial-style Dekton benchtop to the sleek black kitchen with gunmetal grey tapware and induction cooktop & electronic oven.
The open-plan living zone includes split-system heating/air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a cosy couch, a 55-inch smart TV and a dining bench for two which is the perfect spot to unwind after exploring Richmond.
The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances, integrated fridge/freezer & dishwasher, built in microwave, kettle, toaster and a Nespresso machine. Complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, milk and hot chocolate are provided for your stay.
The separate bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, ceiling fan, generous wardrobe space including luxurious bathrobes for use during your stay.
The bathroom has been fully transformed into a luxe, hotel-style retreat with a dark, moody aesthetic that complements the apartmentâs industrial character. Featuring floor-to-ceiling tiles, a custom black vanity with a gunmetal grey basin, and soft LED backlighting behind the mirror, the space feels both dramatic and calming.
Gunmetal grey tapware and shower fittings add a sophisticated, architectural touch, while the walk-in glass shower features a rainfall head and hand shower for a spa like experience. Practicality hasnât been forgotten, the bathroom also includes a heated ladder towel rail, combination washing machine and dryer, plus generous storage built into the vanity.
Thoughtfully curated lighting, finishes and design details come together to deliver a truly elevated, premium short-stay experience, far exceeding a typical apartment renovation.
Secure undercover parking for one car is included (carpark height 1.9 m).
Guests will have exclusive access to the whole apartment and undercover carpark for the duration of their stay.
Although we won`t be available in person we are available to answer any questions through the booking platform throughout your stay.
Richmond is an inner-city suburb in Victoria, Australia, just 3 kms east of Melbourne`s Central Business District.
Whatâs Richmond known for? Richmond sits just east of the city, separated from the CBD by Melbourneâs sporting precinct. Though stadiums are closed for the moment, visitors usually pour in all year âround to see sporting events and concerts at AAMI Park, Margaret Court Arena, Rod Laver Arena and the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG). This area along the Birrarung (Yarra River) has been a gathering place for members of the Kulin Nation long before these stadiums were erected.
The suburbâs three main strips each have a distinctive feel to them. Victoria Street is Melbourneâs go-to destination for Vietnamese food: itâs a one-stop shop for pho, banh mi and Asian groceries. Bridge Road is known for its factory outlets, both fashion and furniture. And Swan Street is home to some of the suburbâs best restaurants and cafĂ©s (as well as a few thousand footy fans depending on the day).
Why do the locals love it? Richmond has a bit of something for everyone. Thereâs amazing live music, the different sporting codes and a whole range of people out and about. There is so much to see and do!
How do I get to Richmond? Richmond has four train stations: North Richmond, West Richmond, East Richmond, and Richmond. The latter is the suburbâs major hub located on the easternmost point of Swan Street. The suburb is serviced by five trams from the CBD (12, 109, 48, 70 and 75). The 78 tram runs from north to south via Church Street.
Whatâs nearby? East Melbourne and Fitzroy Gardens sit to the suburbâs east, and Collingwood and Abbotsford are to the north. If you hop west over the Yarra River, youâll be in Hawthorn. If you go south across the river, youâll find South Yarra and the Royal Botanic Gardens.
The property is located 1400m from Richmond Train Station.
There are also multiple tram stops on Bridge Road so close to the corner of the property.
Ubers & Taxi`s are also readily available.
Everything in Richmond is walking distance and public transport options are readily available.
Our property is 100% smoke free zone. If you wish to smoke please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts correctly. Do not smoke near open doors or windows, to ensure the smoke doesnât come into the property. If we need to deep clean the property due to a breach of these rules a $500 fee will be charged.
We provide a starter pack of essentials such as toilet paper, milk & coffee to get you settled however if your stay is longer or you run out then it will not be replenished during your stay.
This is a very quiet block so no visitors or loud noise.
There is no smoking allowed in the apartment, if you do smoke you will be charged an extra $500 towards cleaning.
