Laundry: On-site coin-operated laundry room 🧺

Parking: 1 permit for street parking in 2RU spaces. Action Required: You must provide your vehicle's Make, Model, State, and Plate prior to arrival. If sent after 4 PM on check-in day, registration may not be active until Noon the following day. The guest is responsible for parking fees until registered. 🚗

📦 Starter Supply Kit:
We provide: 2 rolls of TP per bath, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, trash bags, laundry sheets, and coffee. One set of bath and beach towels per guest is included.
Note: Supplies are not replenished during your stay. We do not provide toiletries (shampoo/body wash), spices, oils, filters, or foil.

🚭 Smoke-Free & Vape-Free Environment:
To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, this property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. This policy applies to the entire interior of the unit, the balcony, and all common areas within the community. Evidence of smoking/vaping will result in a minimum $500 deep-cleaning fee. 🌊✨

📬 MAIL & PACKAGES:
Mail delivery is not permitted. If needed, please arrange for a local P.O. Box.

🚨 STRICT NO REFUND POLICY (PLEASE READ)
TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. There is a STRICT NO REFUND policy within 60 days of check-in. This includes no refunds for health conditions, weather, red tide, or transportation issues.

🌀 Hurricane Season (June 1 – Nov 30): No exceptions for the threat of a hurricane or aftermath closures (roads, beaches, utilities). We strongly urge you to purchase "Cancel For Any Reason" (CFAR) insurance. Approved date changes incur a $50 fee plus rate differences.

⚠️ IMPORTANT
Payment: If another party is paying, you MUST add their email to the booking. Only the payer is authorized to e-sign the Rental Agreement. ✍️
Requirements: Minimum age to book is 25. Only documented service animals are permitted (No ESAs) per ADA/FL law. 🐾
Pool Temp: We cannot guarantee pool temperatures during colder months and do not offer refunds for cold water. 🌡️

Check-In: 4:00 PM. No early check-in requests; if available, it will be offered the morning of arrival for a $50 fee. Late check-outs are not available. 🕒

🕒 EARLY CHECK-IN POLICY:
Due to the high volume of same-day turnovers, we kindly ask that you refrain from requesting an early check-in. Should the unit be available earlier, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee.

Please note that this unit is self-check-in. This is an individually owned condo. There is no front desk or other location that can provide luggage storage should you arrive early. Due to liability, luggage cannot be stored in the unit before check-in.
