Minutes from beach and shops, sea views, hinterland vistas, heated swimming pool, heated outdoor spa, a home cinema with 82" TV and cinema chairs & NBN ultrafast broadband. There are three levels, fully air conditioned, with 6 large bedrooms, 2 full master suites, & 5 bathrooms. Linen & towels included.

Bedroom Configuration:There are six bedrooms in the house. Two on the top floor, a full master and a double, each with their own bathroom. On the main floor there are another two identical bedrooms and bathrooms as on the top floor. Downstairs there are two more bedrooms but these are serviced with a shower room (has toilet and vanity too). We usually recommend these rooms for teenagers, or people in your group who don’t struggle with stairs. This floor has its own kitchen, hot plate no stove, the beautiful cinema room with 82 inch TV, and its own small living area so it has that advantage. Not suitable for very young children as has access to pool, spa, and the road. These are all properly fenced but if you are like me you want to have your eyes on small children 24/7. They are better suited to floor two or three.
Each room has a King bed but the 2 bedroom on the ground floor can be converted to two king singles When Booking we request that you Can advise us if you want all king beds or two rooms with single beds. This needs to be set up Prior to arrival, and is not easily changed afterwards.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned as is the main living area and kitchen and cinema room.
All bedrooms have large TV's,
Washing machine and dryer
Parking for up to 5 cars, driveway is a steep, approach from the left side helps.
There are a lot of stairs, not suitable for wheelchairs.

You will be able to access the entire house except a few cupboards we use for cleaning supplies.Note all houses require maintenance so if this occurs during your stay we will do our best to have this rectified as soon as possible.

As per Noosa Council's code of conduct please ensure you head inside after 9pm to respect our neighbours right to quiet evenings. All sliding doors must be closed to avoid noise travelling , the pool and spa close at 9pm.

Parties or events are not allowed, no noise after 9pm, and you must be 21 to book. Strict Noosa Council code of conduct applies.

Welcome to this beautiful family friendly home located in picturesque Peregian Beach. The swimming pool is heated with solar heating and a heat pump if required so is always warm. Pool towels are provided.
