Cette maison spectaculaire est parfaite pour une réunion de famille ou une retraite relaxante. Détendez-vous parmi les arbres avec la douce brise de mer et le son de l'océan, la plage à votre porte. Ou montez sur votre terrasse sur le toit pour prendre un verre au coucher du soleil et admirez les vues à 360 degrés sur l'océan, la plage de sable blanc et la montagne. Les photos ne le rendent pas justice. Lorsque vous franchissez la porte, tout ce que vous pouvez faire, c'est dire WOW.
Au niveau de l'entrée, il y a un très grand salon, une salle à manger avec une cuisine de chefs, tous à aire ouverte.
Le niveau du sol comprend une chambre queen, une salle de jeux et une chambre avec lits superposés. Une grande prise de salle de bains extérieure en plein air et jills entre les chambres. Au niveau supérieur, il y a une chambre de maître avec salle de bains et une chambre king avec salle de bains. sur le toit, vous trouverez un bar à martini offrant une vue à 360 degrés sur l'océan et sur les montagnes afin que vous puissiez profiter des couchers de soleil et des levers de soleil.
Les portes pliantes s'ouvrent sur la zone du pont qui a un barbecue pour les artistes et des bancs ainsi qu'un support pour foyer / glace pour les nuits froides d'hiver ou les chaudes journées d'été.

Very relaxing beach holiday with family and loved the local shops cafes and restaurants perfect place to unwind. The house was a great retreat and there were so many areas to enjoy Including the pool and hot tub.

This is a beautiful house with stunning views! We loved our stay and the relaxed vibe of the house. Great kitchen with just about everything you could ever need to prepare meals.The beach is sparkling and just a few metres from the back gate. The village is just a 30 minute walk up the beach, with lovely cafes and shops.Trish was a lovely host and very easy to communicate with. Thanks Trish!

Space for everyone in tropical paradise

A stunning place to stay. Relaxed in the pool, the hot tub and at the beach. Our two families were each able to spread out, the kids enjoyed their own zone, and having our dog with us was an added delight. Fantastic kitchen comfortable beds, and glorious beach just out the back door.

Extended Family Stay

Beautiful house, fully equipped, great space and layout for an extended family (4 adults and 2 young children), great location on quiet street, short walk to the beach and short drive to town center. Very pleasant, helpful and instructive support from owners/managers - as needed. We had lousy weather form most of the our stay which was mitigated by the comfort and enjoyment of the spacious well appointed house.

Stunning home

Villa Villa Coola has everything you need and more for the perfect beach vacay. Pool towels, beach towels, beach cabana, beach toys, bikes, games and more. I’ve never seen such a well stocked kitchen complete with 2 dishwashers! Beds were comfy, with the best linens, and a multitude of pillows. The bunk room and tv area was perfect for the kids. All hand soaps and bath products were also beautiful and added to the luxe feel. Stunning!

Fantastic beach house!

The house is better than the photos online and has huge living spaces, which was perfect for when the weather wasn't the best. The dog friendly beach is very close via the track out the back of the house, which we loved. The property manager, Trish, was great and made our stay very easy and relaxing. The only minor negative comment is that the small Webber Q BBQ is disproportionately small for the size of the house. Other than that. the house is fantastic and we would definitely like to stay at Villa Villa Coola again!

Amazing property, lackluster manager

The house is beautiful, and the location really lovely. We had to contact the manager for a few things, and her responses were a bit lacking, with zero follow up on anything. One example: we asked how to use the pool vacuum as the pool was not clean, were informed the cleaner would arrive the next day. Prompted for 4 days straight before the pool cleaner came. Manager did not follow up once to ask if the pool had been cleaned. I also do not believe the hot tub was cleaned, as it was unusable by the end of the week (smelled bad). Overall, I would recommend this property, but I feel the manager's customer service skills need some work.

Beautiful and well appointed luxury home

We really enjoyed our stay. This home is particularly well appointed with plenty of amenities and space. Very easy check in and out, and excellent communication with the host. Good quality bubbles and chocolates were a lovely surprise too, thank you.

This house was absolutely incredible! As others on here has said, the actual place is more amazing than the photos can capture! From the amazing rooftop view, seconds to the beach, massive kitchen, comfy lounges and super nice pool/hot tub area. Would love to come again and again!

Great spot, strange service

This house has so much wow factor! The glorious rooftop, the massive living space and the little pathway to the beach make for an amazing beachside escape. We were really unimpressed with the property manager, who did not get in touch prior to our arrival , and then on the day of our booking threatened to cancel it if we were under 25, and then insisted I text her credit card details, stating that the stayz bond was not sufficient for such a “fancy” house. Both of these are reasonable, but both should have been discussed well before our arrival and not on the day we checked in. If we had been under 25 I wonder what would have happened with friends who had arranged time off from work and travelled interstate? What if my credit card number falls into the wrong hands? This lack of professionalism clashed with the standard of the property, and meant our first day was anxious and not at all relaxing. In addition, I have to comment on the cleanliness of the property. There were nail clippings on the counter of the bathroom bench top, hair in the sink of the master bedroom and more than one cockroach in the draws of the kitchen.

A lovely house for a large family group even in poor weather. The house’s proximity to the Peregian beach flags is certainly not such that a family with young children could walk there and this needs to be made clearer.

A wonderful beach house

The house has an enormous open living area that is just stunning. The dog friendly beach is a hundred metres away and there is a constant crash of waves to remind you of where you are, plus a fabulous view from the roof top. The 'extras' are everywhere from an extraordinarily well equipped kitchen to fresh bars of Pears soaps in the bathrooms. It was a perfect space for our three generations of family's holiday. There were some problems with automatic awnings not working. One phone call to Belinda and she had someone there to fix the problem within the hour. The house is pet friendly but because the house covers so much of the block there isn't really a garden area and using the front area with only limited cover is not so easy if you have an outdoor dog. All in all a wonderful house. Thank you for providing it.

this is one of those rare ones that is much better than the pictures and description. you will be so pleasantly surprised and happy every day that you are there. The feel of the house, the location to the beach and the town, small touches like the sound system or the bicycles. hats in case you need for the sun. I could go on. I would say simply this. If you are looking in this area and the size is right for you I would just book it. It will exceed your expectations.

My birthday weekend

Had the most glorious weekend at Villa Villa Coola for my birthday with a group of girlfriends. The property was exceptional and the location absolutely stunning . Loads of space to spread out and chill when needed. Peregian Village is a lovely spot if you can drag yourself away from this serene home. Can’t wait to go back!
