The first floor deck is ideal for lounging in the sun and enjoying a glass of wine as you watch the sunset. Direct beach access on the private boardwalk and the outdoor shower make for a perfect beach getaway. The large private driveway provides plenty of parking for your entire group.



Just across A1A, you'll find Genung's Fish Camp with equipment rentals and fishing gear, plus a convenience store with gas and all the home essentials you may need. There is also a small shopping center with a good pizza restaurant, a dine-in restaurant, and a cafe and ice cream parlor. A surf station with board rentals and lessons available is just minutes away. Additional restaurants, shops, and grocery stores are just minutes away!

25 year age requirement to book and stay: Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved dates.



Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee.



No smoking or vaping on the property. $500 fine for rule violation.
