The apartment has it's own private balcony, kitchen with Smeg appliances for your all cooking needs and a laundry with a washer/ dryer for you to use at your convenience.
THE SPACE
A spacious and modern feel apartment with off-form concrete high ceilings and boasting with loads of natural light throughout. The apartment offers timber laminate flooring and full floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that lead out onto the large balcony. This home is fitted with LED downlights, ducted heating & cooling throughout and the apartment, rooftop and parking are all accessible through lifts.
TO SLEEP
Featuring a comfortable queen-size bed with fresh linens, an array of pillows to choose from and large mirrored built in wardrobes.
TO EAT
A fully functioning kitchen with plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, cutlery, cooking utensils, pots, pans, baking trays, oil, salt, pepper, butter and spreads provided as well as:
-Dishwasher
-Pod coffee machine with milk frother (including coffee pods)

-Microwave Oven

TO RELAX
A 60-inch flat screen TV and Amazon Firestick installed to watch TV, Netflix, YouTube etc.
THE PRIVATE BALCONY
With gorgeous southern and westerly views this generous balcony is perfect for enjoying breakfast, relaxing with a book or working from. Decorated with a table and chairs, a small sofa, plants and solar powered fairy lights, which turn on in the evening, it's an awesome place to relax during the day or night.
THE BATHROOM
Featuring a modern shower and toilet with fresh towels, a hair dryer and hair straightener, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and toothpaste provided to use during your stay.
THE LAUNDRY
A private laundry discretely located and includes a washing machine and dryer (2 in 1) and extra towels for the pool, an iron, clothes drying rack and some washing detergent to get you started.
THE ROOFTOP
Featuring a stunning salt-water pool, sun most of the day, 360° views across Canberra and huge sun lounge sofas with adjustable shade covers to relax on during the day or while enjoying the beautiful sunset skies with the mountain backdrops. Please note during the colder months of the year the pools heater is switched off, you are still welcome to have a dip if you'd like to.
THE PARKING
There is free parking available on the premises and paid secure parking down the road. If you will have a car during your stay please let us know so that we can make sure to send you all the relevant information for parking options.
THE HOSTS
We pride ourselves on ensuring all our guests enjoy their stay with us and feel taken care of. We give our guests space but if you would like any local recommendations or have any questions, including about early check in or late check out options at all during your time with us or before you book, we welcome you to get in touch anytime!
GUEST ACCESS
Depending on arrival time we may be able to greet you at the property and show you around and if you prefer we can also organise self check in and send you the instructions.
Guest access is via the lifts to the private apartment, the rooftop pool and outdoor and underground parking which you may be able to use depending on your length of stay. To use the lifts you will need a fob, which is part of the one set of keys that are provided during the booking. In the event any keys are lost or damaged there will be a fee of up to $120 will be charged for replacements keys/ fobs.
IMPORTANT RULES TO NOTE
- No Smoking in the apartment including with balcony doors open or out of windows - $1,000 fee
- No Pets -$1,000 fee
- No Parties - $2,000 fee
In the event that any of these occur heavy fees will be charged to the guest on the booking. We thank you for respecting and abiding by these rules during your stay.
