Every bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet, and one wing of the home functions as a flexible family suite with multiple beds. Outside, Casa Monte Grande unfolds into a true oasis with a freeform pool and spa, large lawns, mature palms, a circular fire pit with built-in seating, a BBQ grill and shaded patio lounge for outdoor meals, and a unique wooden deck perched above a tranquil pond and waterfall. It’s a place designed for groups who want space to spread out, gather, relax, and genuinely enjoy being at home in the desert.

Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required and will be collected prior to your stay. Full details provided upon booking.

For long-term rentals, a California lease must be signed. Each rental includes utility caps for electricity, water, and gas, and the guest is responsible for any overages.

The signing of the lease agreement must occur within 21 days of booking, provided the check-in date is more than 30 days away. If the check-in date is less than 30 days from the booking date, the lease agreement must be signed within 5 days of booking.

Pets: Pets are subject to approval. Pet cleaning fees apply and vary depending on the breed and size.

The Space:

From the moment you step through the wrought-iron double doors, Casa Monte Grande feels open and welcoming. The entry is bright, with high ceilings, tall windows, and a chandelier that sets a quietly grand tone. Straight ahead, the great room draws you in with deep blue velvet sofas, a stone accent wall, a fireplace with a mounted TV above, and wide views of the backyard. The room flows naturally into the kitchen and dining areas, making it easy for everyone to be together without feeling crowded.



The kitchen is one of the showpieces of the home. It features an oversized island with waterfall-style countertops and velvet bar stools, white cabinetry with gold hardware, double ovens, a gas cooktop, and a large built-in refrigerator. Two mosaic chandeliers hang over the island, giving the space a warm evening glow. Just off the kitchen, a glass-wrapped breakfast area looks out onto the palms and gardens, while a formal dining area nearby seats a larger group comfortably and keeps meals connected to the heart of the home.



The house includes several spaces designed purely for comfort and entertainment. One wing holds a dedicated theater lounge with four leather recliners arranged before a large TV and modern fireplace — ideal for movie nights or quiet downtime. Another room serves as a full indoor bar lounge, complete with custom shelving, bar seating, and tall windows that make it bright during the day and atmospheric at night. A foosball table adds a casual, fun touch without ever having to leave the comfort of the house.



The primary suite at Casa Monte Grande is a retreat of its own. It features a king bed, a fireplace, and a full sitting area arranged with sofas and a mounted TV, creating a relaxed, private living space within the home. A sliding door provides direct access to the patio and yard. Attached to the suite is an oversized walk-in closet and a spa-like ensuite bathroom with stone finishes and a spacious shower, along with a dedicated office space nearby for anyone who needs a quiet place to work.



The remaining bedrooms are designed with the same attention to comfort. Two guest suites each offer a large bed, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom finished in polished stone with stylish fixtures and walk-in showers. A private wing of the home holds a larger family-style suite with multiple beds, its own TV, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom — perfect for families or groups wanting extra space and privacy. Every bedroom feels self-contained, making the home especially comfortable for longer stays or mixed groups traveling together.



Stepping outside, Casa Monte Grande truly feels like a resort. The backyard is anchored by a freeform pool with an integrated spa, surrounded by loungers and umbrellas, with real lawn and mature palms creating a sense of calm and privacy. A circular fire pit with curved built-in seating becomes the natural gathering point in the evenings, while the shaded patio off the great room offers comfortable seating and a BBQ grill for simple outdoor meals. At the far edge of the property, a wooden deck rises above a pond and waterfall, creating a peaceful hideaway for morning coffee, afternoon reading, or a quiet drink at sunset. For optimal transportation, a private car is recommended. Taxi services are available from Palm Springs airport, and both Uber and Lyft operate in the desert. Festival-goers will find these services to be affordable and convenient.

To reach the property, take Monroe Street South, until you reach Mountain View Lane. Turn right into the security gate.



Please leave the trash on the side of the home, as we have arranged for a company to pick it up. Trash pickup occurs on Monday mornings around 6 AM. If you have time, please strip any used beds and leave the bedding in the laundry. If you can start one load of laundry, that would be appreciated, but it's not mandatory.



Any guests not listed on the lease will be subject to a $200 fine per person. Kindly send us a list of all names of people who will be at the house and the drivers of the cars that will be granted access.
