`Island View` provides views across the sea to Granite Island and The Bluff from the front deck. With its 3 bedrooms (2 with queen size beds and the other with double bunks) it is ideally suited for families with children. Ample space with two living areas, 2 bathrooms plus separate toilet make your holiday living a breeze.

Plenty of outside space for the family with both front and rear undercover entertainment areas. Lawn areas ideal for that family cricket game or general running around.

Additionally, there is a playground area just across the road and in view full of the house. Pet friendly with secure backyard area.

`Island View` is the sort of place you can move into and relax. Extended check out times on final day if available.
- No events allowed
- Pets allowed: dogs less than 25 kg per pet (limit one pet total) Advise breed and size of your dog when booking.
- Smoking is not permitted, no smoking in the house
- Garbage bins to be put out if staying on collection days. Recycle bottles and cans to be placed in bin provided.
- Please ensure the dishes are done prior to leaving

As part of the booking request please provide a short summary of who is staying, eg Mum, Dad and 2 kids and purpose of stay.
