- We have a âno sandâ policy so please wash off sand when you return from the beach, there is an outside shower on the West side of the house.
- No smoking inside or on the balcony
- We have a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, please respect our neighbours and come inside by 10pm
- Pets must be approved by owner
- Please donât allow kids to eat on furnishings or in bedrooms.
- Please do not leave A/C on for long lengths of time or when you are not there.
PET RULES
- We accept 1 dog under 10 kg, non-shedding and fully house-trained (we have carpet and owner has allergies).
- No pets are allowed on our furnishings, please.
- We recommend that guests bring your own pet bed
- Please do not wash dog beds, blankets, or items in the washing machine to prevent clogging drains.
- Pets are not to be left inside the house unattended
- Please note the backyard is not suitable for large dogs
- Please ensure you pick up dog belongings and place in council bin (not inside)
Please ensure checkout instructions are followed
You can expect the house to be spotlessly clean. In return we expect you to keep the house in a similar way when you depart.
