Located in a family-friendly complex with convenient access to the beach, resort amenities, and nearby dining and shopping options, this charming condo provides the perfect base for making lasting memories by the water. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
