Grand Caribbean West 301 is located in Destin's Crystal Beach area directly across the street from the sugar white sands and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Being just minutes from everything that Destin has to offer this stylishly decorated and fully equipped one bedroom condo sleeps 6 to make your vacation truly enjoyable.The bedroom has a king size bed and a large flat screen tv. We have also provided a dresser and sitting area. This adorable condo also has a bunk bed built into the hallway. This is a favorite for the kids! The bead board walls offer a fresh clean welcome for your stay. The private wrap around balcony offers a great view of the gulf for relaxing after a day at the beach. To enjoy relaxing on the balcony, we have a wonderful Tyvek patio set and a bench that holds extra seating. Quiet moments can be spent keeping in touch back home as we also provide wireless high speed internet service. No Pets Allowed!

Our stay was great. The condo was as described and a perfect size for me and my Husband. We have stayed in Destin many times, and we wanted something smaller and near the beach for our 21st anniversary. The only complaint was the TV did not work in the bedroom. Could not connect to WiFi. We always go to sleep with the TV on and for three nights this was tough. We did call for help, and someone tried to walk us through some steps, but it did not work. No one ever came out to fix it. Other than that, everything was great! We would stay here again for sure. Just FYI, it’s on the 3rd floor, and no elevators available. This was not an issue for us, but some it may be.

Great location!

Very nice condo with one bedroom, bunk beds, and a pull out bed in living room. Plenty of towels, very clean, very comfortable bed. Best thing was the location to the beach - about a 2 minute walk. Beautiful view from balcony!A few cons: no nightstand next to one side of the bed, loud dryer, and the beach access only allows a small area to set up chairs and umbrellas, due to private beach area on both sides. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Beautiful View

This condo has been out favorite vacation home so far! It had the most beautiful view of the ocean. It is in a perfect location to be able to bike around to all the necessities. It was clean and freshly remodeled with a gorgeous modern look! Definitely recommend young couples staying here, even works if you have children too!

Check in was easy, but during the week the door messed up she was very responsive to us!! the next day still unable to lock so that was aggravating but,overall everything was as it should be.

Amazing Unit

We have been coming to Destin for 20 years. Have stayed at many rentals. This was one of the best. Clean, tastefully decorated, beautiful view of beach, and extremely easy walk to beach. Can’t say enough good. Will try to stay here again.

Pleasant stay

The condo was perfect for the two of us. The bed was heavenly. Condos furnishings were spot on. Loved the large balcony. The manager was always available when we had questions. See you next year!

Great Place To Stay

We areived 2 hours early and was able to check in. The unit was clean and spacious for my fiance and I. The kitchen was nicely stocked for cooking. It was a short walk across the street to the beach. Overall our stay was great and Kathy was pleasant to deal with. I would definitely recommend this unit.

Great Getaway

We loved our stay at this condo. Everything is in walking distance, love that the beach was right across the street. It was super easy to check-in, the property manager was very accommodating, and we had no complaints! Definitely recommend this place for a couple or a small family of 4.
