This cozy East Boothbay cottage is the perfect setting to relax, explore the Maine coast, and create lasting memories by the sea.

This 1,400-square-foot single-family cottage`s cottages are all located on the first floor: one Queen, one Full, and one Twin with trundle, as well as a pull-out sofa in the living area. The home has two full bathrooms, as well as an open living and dining space with natural light, leading to a screened porch and upstairs deck. The kitchen comes fully equipped with an oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all essential cookware and dinnerware. The property has a washer and dryer for guest use. While this property does not have air conditioning, the cool Maine summer breeze will keep you comfortable for your stay! The home does have a Rinnai heater for those colder nights in the off-season (set to low if needed).

Guests will have access to the entire home, including the screened porch and upper deck. Parking is available behind the house near the art studio (access from First Street Extension). Guests may use Ocean View Place for temporary drop-off only.

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood of East Boothbay, this home offers easy access to coastal walks and scenic views. The closest beach is Grimes Cove Beach (great for swimming and sea glass picking). The beach also offers a kayak launch spot. Enjoy beautiful views of Ram Island Lighthouse and Fisherman`s Island from Ocean Point -- Boothbay Region`s most beautiful rocky coastline. Ocean Point Casino is within walking distance to the property and offers pay-to-play pickleball and tennis courts, as well as a beautiful playground for children.

Evenings are peaceful here, with the sounds of the ocean and a starlit sky above the trees.

• Maximum occupancy is as shown on the listing. Additional guests are subject to $25/person/night and may result in cancellation if excessive.
• A mandatory, non-refundable damage waiver is included in your reservation total in place of a security deposit. Guests remain responsible for damage exceeding coverage or resulting from negligence or rule violations.
• Pets are not allowed at this property. Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees or cancellation. ADA Compliant Service Animals are permitted.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property (indoors or outdoors).
• Open flames (fireplaces, fire pits, etc.) require prior written approval.
• No parties, events, or large gatherings without written approval.
• Waterfront/dock use (if applicable) is at your own risk and may require an additional waiver.
