Perfect for up to 4 guests, featuring two comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV. Just moments from High Streetâs boutique shops, cafĂ©s, and restaurants, and close to public transport around 5 min to either Toorak or Armadale Train Station. Ideal for couples, friends, or small families seeking comfort, convenience, and a touch of Melbourne charm.
Welcome to our classy, comfy and spacious 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment, ideally located in the heart of Armadale. Just moments from High Streetâs boutique shops, trendy cafĂ©s, and restaurants, this apartment offers the perfect balance of comfort and convenience for your Melbourne stay.
Our bright and modern apartment accommodates up to 4 guests - ideal for couples, friends, or families. Each bedroom features a comfortable bed with fresh linens, ensuring a restful nightâs sleep. The spacious living area invites you to unwind with a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi, while the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook and dine in. It has central heating for the cold winter days and is equipped with power controlled double sunshade and blackout curtains.
The bathroom includes a shower, complimentary toiletries, and soft towels along with a washing machine and dryer convenient for longer stays.
We are a 10 min drive to the famous Albert Park for the Australian F1 Grand Prix so you can either catch a short uber there or take the train which is only a short 5 min walk.
We are also very conveniently located for the Australian Grand Slam Tennis where you can easily take a train to the Richmond train station and get there in under 30 min.
Step outside and explore the charm of Armadale, wander along High Streetâs elegant boutiques, relax in nearby parks, or grab a coffee at one of the many local favourites. With public transport just a short walk away, reaching Melbourneâs CBD and attractions couldnât be easier.
N.B: We have a third room that will be locked as it contains the owners belongings as they frequently stay in the apartment, please respect that and don`t try opening the door.
This stay is ideal for anyone that is visiting Melbourne and want to have a spacious apartment to stay in and explore a high-end neighbourhood that is close to all inner city attractions.
Guests have full access to the entire apartment with a convenient self-check-in process that ensures your stay is as seamless as possible.
We are here to help the guests at any stage of their stay.
House Rules (Please read carefully, all of the following apply for all bookings):
1) This is a dedicated Airbnb house, please be mindful when you`re booking that you would be expected to respect the house amenities and the apartment building.
2) You are expected to clean areas after use.
If you leave areas unclean after use, we reserve the ability to charge you at least an extra $100/hour needed to clean the space.
3) This is strictly not a party house.
You will be charged a violation fee of $500 if you don`t abide by the quiet time 10pm-9am or have any kind of party in the house. You will also be asked to leave and your booking cancelled with no refund.
4) No pets allowed. If you bring a pet with you, you will be refused entry and your reservation will be cancelled without any refund. A $300 violation fee applies and will be charged.
5) No unregistered guests allowed. If you intend to stay with another person, please register them.
If any unregistered guests attend youâll be charged a $300 violation fee.
If any harm happens or anything gets stolen you will be charged the amount plus another $100 violation fee.
6) Strict check-in and check-out times unless communicated otherwise.
A late checkout and early check-in fee of $100 will apply in case of violation.
7) Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a $50 replacement fee.
8) Please take care of the furnishings. You will be charged for any damages caused during your stay.
9) Please do your dishes and rinse before putting in dishwasher. If the cooking area is kept dirty at any time we will reserve the right to charge you an extra cleaning fee of $100/hour needed.
10)No illegal substances allowed on the premises. You will be reported to the police and asked to leave if we notice anything. You wonât be refunded, and you will have to pay a $300 violation fee.
11) Please donât access areas that are locked away, these are private areas with private content which is why theyâre locked away. There will be a violation fee of $300 + damage repair cost if we find any evidence that might suggest that guests tried to access these areas. Thanks for your understanding.
