Desert Oasis offers 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths nestled in the beauty of the Sonoran Desert and still only about 15 minutes away from shopping and dining in Phoenix, North Scottsdale, Cave Creek and Fountain Hills. This area is known for having lots of outdoor activities nearby, such as mountain biking, hiking trails, golf courses, and wonderful scenic views. The property is close to world-class golf courses (Troon, Troon North, Grayhawk, Whisper Rock Golf Club, Terravita Golf and Country Club, TPC of Scottsdale, Boulders, Scottsdale National Golf Club, Tonto Verde, Rio Verde Country Club, Desert Mountain Golf Course, and Trilogy). Hike, bike and run "Browns Ranch" multiple trailheads just down the road.

-Home is located in the beautiful desert area of North Scottsdale. Horse ranches around. When turning south off of Rio Verde Drive you must use a gravel/dirt road for about a 1/2 mile.

***One Dog OK with $100 pet cleaning fee. Make sure to add the pet when booking and provide breed and size in the reservation notes. A "Pet Fee" will be added to your booking when reserving online. Pet Fees are non-refundable and are not to cover any damages, extra cleaning or picking up your dogs poop.

***Additional fee to heat the pool. It heats off of a propane heater, so you will be responsible for the propane used. Guests will be liable for the exact invoice of re-fill for propane used for heating the pool and/or spa. Cost depends on the time of year and how warm you heat it. Using the solar cover dan reduce costs when used at night or not when swimming. You can also use the above ground hot tub at no cost year round.
