Nestled at one of Sydney's best locations, Crows Nest (the Paris of Sydney), this sophisticated 3‑bedroom apartment invites you to indulge in a holiday escape blending style, space and convenience. The sleeping arrangements includes one comfortable queen bed, one king bed and the master king bed that easily splits into singles, ideal for flexible group stays, multi‑generational families or friends travelling together.

Step into an immaculately refurbished interior boasting designer touches: crisp, open‑plan living and dining zones, chic finishes, abundant natural light and seamless indoor‑outdoor flow (terrace or balcony access all bedrooms and living ). The kitchen is fully equipped for entertaining and relaxing alike.

Location is a standout, you’re just a few minutes’ stroll to the trendy cafés, eateries and shopping of Crows Nest, and a short hop from North Sydney or the city centre. THINGS TO KNOW

*Enjoy a seamless stay with our hassle-free airport pick-up and drop-off service, exclusively for guests booked to stay our homes. Contact us for rates and booking details!

*Should you need the king bed in the first bedroom split into 2 single beds, please let us know upon booking so we can arrange this for you.

*The second bedroom with the queen bed does not have air-conditioning but does have a ceiling fan.

*There is no elevator in the building and several stairs to access our unit. 19 steps form the street to the building entrance, 15 steps inside to to get to the apartment. 45 steps (3 levels) from the parking garage.

*We have one carspot in our garage. Please note it can ONLY fit small to medium-sized cars (5 seaters) like a Subaru Forester (max size). There is also limited street parking available.



HOUSE RULES

* Check-in after 3 pm; check-out before 10 am. Fees may apply for changes. Approval required first.

* No smoking allowed

* Strictly No parties or events allowed.

* Guests must follow NSW Short Term Legislation.

* All guests are required to accept our booking Terms and Conditions in the Pre-arrival check-in form, as well as provide a valid ID and card details for security.

* Max 6 overnight guests, 3 day visitors, 9 people total at any time.

* Only approved guests/visitors allowed (written permission required).

* Strict no-smoking policy; $500 fine may apply.

* Respect neighbours; keep noise low, especially after 9 pm.

* Breaking rules may result in eviction without refund (STRA terms apply).

* Date changes allowed only if more than 1 month before check-in, subject to approval/surcharges.

* Pets allowed with prior approval; up to 10kg only; $110 fee per stay; keep pets off furniture.
