Cosy Nook Flat 7 -Budget friendly fully equipped holiday unit

This unit has two separate sleeping areas. The main bedroom has two single beds which can be joined together to form a king bed (by request), if required. A third single bed is located off the living/lounge area. *Bottom sheet/s and pillows and a hand towel are supplied. You need to bring your own top bedding; Doona/s, sleeping bags, blankets and bath towels. *These items can be supplied by request, for a small extra charge.

The unit has an open plan living space with a well-appointed kitchen, dining area and lounge, where you will find all your basic needs. Shared freezer space is available in the chest freezer in the BBQ area, be sure to label and package your catch properly.

One of seven units at 93 Sydenham Parade (Cosy Nook Holiday Accommodation) and two cottages at 19 & 19A Wattle Street (Bemm River Cottages), we can accommodate you, your family, friends and clubs in well-appointed and very comfortable surroundings. Both sites have ample free parking, and BBQ facilities and are great jumping off points for fishing, sightseeing, bush walking and local tourist hotspots. Accommodation for itinerant workers is also available.

Guests have access to an outdoor clothesline, extra shared toilets, free WiFi (Network ID & password listed on your fridge or scan the Q code with your mobile phone camera and click on the link), a covered carport (shared with Flat 4 - First in best dressed), extra parking for cars, boats & trailers on the grassed area near the filleting table, shared with other guests.

The large BBQ area has presentation facilities, a large screen TV and seating for approx. 45 guests with a full kitchen, BBQs of all sorts, including: a Global Warmer pizza oven, equipped with a hot/cold smoker, a hooded BBQ, a kettle BBQ, flat top BBQ's and charcoal burners. Saturday nights are quite often pizza nights, BYO pizzas/ingredients, call if you wish to participate.

A well-equipped Guest Laundry with a coin operated washer and dryer, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner, laundry trough and clothes basket, along with clothes airers. There is also a large chest freezer in the laundry with bagged ice, payment works on an honesty system.

A Games Room is available to all guests, equipment includes: a pool table, with billiards, snooker and kelly pool. A table tennis table, hookey board, kiddies toys, guest PC, books, magazines, DVD's, The entertainment hub includes a large screen TV, DVD player and a stereo system. There are also comfortable couches and recliner armchairs chairs available. Netflix and Kayo Sports can be viewed in both the BBQ area and Games Room.
