The king bedroom offers city views stretching toward Barangaroo and Crown Towers, while warm lighting and quality linens create a restful retreat above the city. From sunrise reflections to the city’s glittering night lights, the outlook reflects the vibrant pulse of the CBD. The bathroom features both a full bathtub and a separate shower, complemented by thoughtful toiletries for a spa-like touch. A discreet laundry with a washer and dryer sits near the entry, adding convenience for longer stays.

Although on-site parking is not available, you’re within minutes of Circular Quay Station, Wynyard, and The Rocks’ waterfront attractions—placing all of Sydney at your doorstep.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourselves, as well as access to the building's shared rooftop, pools, spa, sauna, and gym. Please make yourselves at home!

~ Linen ~
Please note that we supply one set of linens per stay, regardless of the length of your visit. We use a professional linen service that provides freshly laundered and delivered linens, which are already included in your cleaning fee. Each guest is provided with one bath towel for the entire stay, and each bathroom includes one set consisting of 2 face towels, 2 hand towels, and 1 bath mat.

Any spare linen we keep on site is not for use during your stay. If you do use any component of these linen or bath sets, we will need to charge for the use since we hire these items. The additional charge for open and used linens is: $7.20 for bath sets, $29.80 for bed sets, $10.30 for bath towels

~ Complimentary Toiletries ~
Please note the hotel-type toiletry kit we supply is complimentary for you, and is designed to just start off your stay. This kit is not designed as a replacement for your own preferred toiletries for the duration of your stay, and cannot be replenished or restocked. We supply one kit per bathroom (not one per guest staying).

~ Mid Stay Cleaning Services ~
We also offer a 2-hour mid-stay professional cleaning service with the following options:
1. Full Cleaning with Freshly Laundered Professional Linen + Toiletries Supply Kit top up per bathroom) – $175
2. Full Cleaning Only (no linen delivery changeover or toiletry supplies top up) – $100

~ Long Stays ~
Stays of 21 days or more will incur an additional $120 fee, charged separately, to cover the cost of a deep clean and maintain the property's cleanliness after an extended stay.

~ Baby Items ~
There is a portable travel cot available at the property which we can set up for you if requested. Unless specified, the portable travel cot will be placed in the primary bedroom of the property.
Note that our portable travel cots do not come with linens (sheets) or pillows. You would need to supply these items yourself. The property also has a highchair available, which we can have set up for you if requested.

~ Tiny Visitors ~
Sydney is a warm, urban city, and occasionally a bug or two may find its way inside, sometimes through a window or balcony door. This property has been professionally treated at the start of summer and a spray is provided as a backup. This can occur and is quite common in city homes, and does not reflect the cleanliness of the property. Thank you for your understanding.
