The ground floor welcomes you with a versatile study room, garage access, and laundry area with washer and dryer. Upstairs, the first floor boasts a warm, light-filled living space with a 3-seater couch and armchair, dining area for six, and a fully equipped kitchen complete with gas stove, oven, and coffee machine. The adjacent balcony is perfect for morning coffees or evening BBQs with a complete outdoor furniture set.
Retreat to the second floor where two bedrooms feature queen beds, soft bedding, bedside tables, and blackout blinds to ensure a restful night. The master includes a private en-suite, while a second bathroom and a separate powder room add convenience for guests.
