Ideal for families, friends, or executive groups wanting to enjoy Queenstown in style.

The Space:
Set across three levels and connected by a private internal lift, this beautifully appointed home is designed for comfort, connection, and convenience.
You'll find:
- 4 spacious bedrooms (2 with ensuites)
- 3 full bathrooms (all with spa baths & showers) + powder room
- 2 person infrared sauna
- Open-plan kitchen, dining & living with spectacular views
- Two living areas with gas fireplaces & Smart TV's
- Two large balconies for entertaining with BBQ and soaking up the scenery
- Individually controlled ducted heating & AC in every room
- Double garage with internal access
- Separate laundry and spacious entrance lobby
- Every detail has been thoughtfully considered. Whether you're here to relax or adventure, this is your Queenstown home base.
Guest Access:
Guests have full private access to the entire home, garage, lift, and outdoor spaces. You'll enjoy uninterrupted use of all features.
Neighborhood:
Situated on Frankton Road, the home offers the best of both worlds - elevated setting with unbeatable views, and easy walking distance to central Queenstown.
You're moments from:
- Lake Wakatipu foreshore
- Queenstown's scenic walking & cycling track
- Shops, cafes, restaurants & bars
- Jet boating, Skyline Gondola, and adventure activities
Interaction:
We will be available to answer any questions you may have prior or during your stay. The Tahuna Team will also be on call for any urgent needs after 5 pm.
Getting Around:
Walk to town in approx. 10-12 minutes via the scenic lakeside path (please note the Frankton walking track is set to be closed from January 2026 for approx 1 year)
Taxi/Uber readily available - it is a short taxi ride into the centre of town if you don't want to walk
In the winter the ski buses pickup and drop-off at the top of the driveway (less than 5 minute walk)
Local buses stop nearby on Frankton Road at the top of the driveway - for access to the airport, Frankton shops, or Arrowtown
On-site garage if you're hiring a car or driving your own
Other things to note:
Please note, the hotel next door is currently under refurbishment (white-wrapped), with construction work taking place between 8am-5pm, usually Monday to Friday, expected to continue until late 2026
Parking is inside an internal garage (door height restriction 2.3m) - coaches or larger vehicles cannot pick-up, drop-off, or park at the site
Internal lift makes the home accessible and easy for transporting luggage and for guests with mobility restrictions
The property is located just off Frankton Road down a private lane
Not suitable for parties or events - strictly no smoking inside
Fully furnished and professionally cleaned before your arrival
