Just two blocks from the Esplanade and a short stroll to Cairns Hospital, this recently furnished two-bedroom retreat is perfect for both work and relaxation â whether youâre visiting for business, medical appointments, or a tropical city escape.
Step inside and discover a thoughtfully curated interior with warm tones, modern furnishings, and soft natural textures that create an inviting atmosphere. The living area features comfortable seating, air-conditioning, and a Smart TV, while large windows invite in the tropical light throughout the day. From the private balcony, unwind with a drink as the sun sets over the mountains â the perfect way to end your day in Cairns.
The apartment offers flexible sleeping arrangements for up to four guests, featuring a master bedroom with a king bed and a second bedroom with two long singles that can be joined upon request. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, and full-sized fridge, making meal preparation simple. A washing machine and dryer are available in the shared laundry area located just outside the apartment â please note that this space is shared with other residents.
Guests can also enjoy access to the complex pool, a refreshing retreat after exploring the city or a busy day at work.
While thereâs no dedicated parking, street parking is available nearby. Being centrally located, most of Cairnsâ highlights â including cafĂ©s, shops, the Esplanade Lagoon, and the marina â are within walking distance.

No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors are permitted inside the property.
This property has a strict no party, no smoking, and no pet policy. Any breach will result in immediate cancellation or eviction.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM via self check-in with a key safe.
Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check outs may incur a fee. Please follow the check out instructions sent to you and make sure you are familiar with where to leave your keys.
Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time.
Guests will be charged for replacing lost keys or fobs as well as a call-out fee, if required.
Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned.
Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. We are happy to provide documentation to your travel insurance company to help expedite your claim.
