The apartment features a bright open-plan layout where the kitchen, dining, and lounge connect seamlessly, creating a central space for relaxing and spending time together. The kitchen is well-equipped with dishwasher, and ample storage, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay.
The living area flows onto a generous private balcony overlooking the pool, offering a comfortable outdoor setting to enjoy the morning light or unwind in the evening.
The apartment includes two bathrooms. The ensuite features a large corner bath and shower, while the second bathroom provides a standard shower and toilet.
Additional features include air conditioning throughout, ceiling fans, and an internal laundry for added convenience.

No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors are permitted inside the property.
This property has a strict no party, no smoking, and no pet policy. Any breach will result in immediate cancellation or eviction.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM via self check-in with a key safe.
Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check outs may incur a fee. Please follow the check out instructions sent to you and make sure you are familiar with where to leave your keys.
Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time.
Guests will be charged for replacing lost keys or fobs as well as a call-out fee, if required.
Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned.
Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. We are happy to provide documentation to your travel insurance company to help expedite your claim.
