Secure hotel/apartment building complex with a massive outdoor pool and barbecue area, and access to the 24/7 indoor gym

2 bedroom 2 bathroom 12th floor air conditioned apartment with wrap-around balconies boasting stunning views over Cairns Esplanade. the Coral Sea & Cairns City. Fully equipped modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, central air conditioning, internal laundry with washing machine & dryer, central living room, both bedrooms with built in cupboards and balconies, the list goes on!
Absolute central location with everything at your doorstep Cairns has to offer. Famous and renown restaurant, cafes, bars and clubs are all within walking distance, just as the Cairns Reef Terminal, Woolworths, Coles, Cairns Central Shopping Centre, Medical centres and public transport.
Guests will have access to the whole apartment apart from one locked storage room/cabinet and the the carpark which is not available for guests use but there`s plenty of street (and secure parking if needed) parking around.
Guests will also have access to all complex amenities including the massive tropical pool, BBQ area & gym.
We live in the city and we`ll be contactable before-, during- and past your stay on mobile phone and through Airbnb messaging system.

This property has a strict no party, no smoking, and no pet policy. Any breach will result in immediate cancellation or eviction.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM via self check-in with a key safe. Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check outs may incur a fee. Please follow the check out instructions sent to you and make sure you are familiar with where to leave your keys.
Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time. Guests may be charged for replacing lost keys or fobs as well as a call out fee, if required. Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned.
Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined.
