The Space:

Air-conditioning and ceiling fans keep the space cool, while sliding doors draw in natural light and create an effortless flow between indoors and out—ideal for casual meals, quiet downtime, or time together after the beach.



The primary bedroom is styled as a calm retreat, featuring a king bed, mirrored built-in wardrobes, a ceiling fan, and access to its own balcony. The ensuite includes a corner spa, creating a soothing space to unwind. The second bedroom includes two single beds, making it ideal for children or friends, with air-conditioning and a ceiling fan for comfort. It is serviced by the main bathroom, which also includes a built-in laundry for added convenience.



Shared resort-style facilities include a heated swimming pool, communal spa, and a barbecue area set among tropical surrounds. Secure parking is available on site.

Positioned just one street back from Mooloolaba Beach and between Alexandra Headland and Mooloolaba, this address sits in the heart of the Sunshine Coast’s most walkable coastal strip. The Esplanade, Wharf precinct, cafés, restaurants, and shops are all within easy walking distance, making it simple to explore on foot.



Alex Bluff Foreshore Park is just minutes away, offering oceanfront paths, picnic lawns, and headland views, while Alexandra Headland Beach and The Bluff lookout are a short stroll for swimming and coastal walks. Local favourites, including Juan Fifty Kitchen & Bar, Alex Surf Club, NIKONIKO Japanese Table, Funky Wok, and The Velo Project, are also nearby. Coles Mooloolaba is around ten minutes away for essentials. The Sunshine Motorway provides easy north–south access, and Sunshine Coast Airport is approximately 15 minutes away.



Getting Around:

This is a location where shoes are optional, thongs will do just fine. Mooloolaba Esplanade and Alex Headland are just a short walk away, so feel free to park the car and explore the area by foot. Public transport is located nearby for those travelling without a car.

*This apartment is in a residential complex with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.



*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
