The Space:

The open-plan living and dining area flows out to a north-facing balcony, perfect for morning coffee or sunset drinks.

Bedroom 1: King bed, mirrored built-in wardrobes, private balcony, ceiling fan, and ensuite with corner spa
Bedroom 2: Generous size, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, serviced by the main bathroom with built-in laundry
Private Rooftop Terrace: Exclusive access with spa, barbecue and seating area, ideal for sunsets or starlit evenings.

The Neighborhood:
Positioned just one street back from Mooloolaba Beach, the apartment is within walking distance of the Esplanade, restaurants, cafes, shops, and the Wharf precinct. It’s the perfect base for exploring the Sunshine Coast, whether it’s a family day at SEA LIFE Sunshine Coast, surfing at Mooloolaba Beach, or grabbing fresh seafood at the Wharf. For day trips, the Sunshine Motorway provides easy access north and south, while Sunshine Coast Airport is only 15 minutes away.

Getting Around:
This is a location where shoes are optional, thongs will do just fine. Mooloolaba Esplanade and Alex Headland are just a short walk away, so feel free to park the car and explore the area by foot. Public transport is located nearby for those travelling without a car.

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This apartment is in a residential complex with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
