The Space:
Step inside and be greeted by an open-plan living room. The large glass sliding doors in this area fill the space with natural light and provide stunning views of the golf course outside. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for whipping up a meal as it is fitted out with quality appliances and utensils. Serve your home cooked meals on the indoor or outdoor dining tables or simply cook up a storm outside using the provided private BBQ.
The living area offers plenty of seating space adjacent to the smart TV, perfect for cosy movie nights or entertaining friends, The living area flows seamlessly onto a large, private balcony overlooking the lush greens of the golf course. This balcony wraps around the entire apartment.
The bedroom and bathroom configuration is as follows:
Master bedroom:
Complete with a king-bed, the master bedroom features a TV, an ensuite, air-conditioning, and direct access to a serene balcony, complete with comfortable lounge chairs perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening sunsets. This bedroom also has a designated work space.
Bathroom one (ensuite):
Large shower, sink and vanity and toilet.
Bedroom two:
Bedroom two boasts a plush queen bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep and inviting relaxation. This room also features a designated work space and balcony access.
Bedroom three:
This bright bedroom features two king single beds, ideal for friends or family, providing a comfortable and inviting space for a good night's rest. This room also features a designated work space and balcony access.
Bathroom two:
Shower-bath, sink and vanity.
Laundry:
There is a washing machine, dryer, sink and toilet located in the laundry room.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire apartment along with space to park two cars in the secure, underground car park. Guests also have access to the resort facilities that include a pool, spa and shared barbecue area, all of which are set in magnificent tropical & lush gardens giving uninterrupted views over the 9th fairway & green of the Twin Waters Golf Club and surrounding environment. The gorgeous beach is located just a short 5-minute drive away.

Nestled between lush golf courses and serene waterways, the area offers a peaceful retreat while still being close to vibrant attractions. Magnolia Lane Holiday Apartments overlooks Twin Waters Golf Course and its positioning also offers easy access to pristine beaches, scenic walking and cycling paths, and charming local cafes. Whether you’re seeking outdoor adventures or a relaxing day by the beach, this picturesque locale has something for everyone.
Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to explore the Sunshine Coast, if you’re wanting a break from driving, there are public transport options that service this area frequently should you need it.

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*
*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is okay.)
*This apartment is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
