Check your email or text for your Welcome Book and detailed key-collection guide provided after completion of arrival details confirmation and ID verification. Keys are collected from a laundromat five minutes away (between 3 pm– midnight). Two sets of keys will be made available for the apartment.
Guests enjoy full access to the apartment (except one locked staff cupboard) and building amenities once the induction is completed.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
HOUSE RULES
• Check-in after 3:00 PM, check-out before 10:00 AM
• No smoking (building fine $7,500 for false alarms), vaping, e-cigarettes, or illegal substances
• Total number of guests must match the booking
• No parties, events, or large gatherings – this is a residential building
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Please be mindful of neighbours.
• Do not share keys, FOBs, clickers, or access codes with non-guests
• Lost keys = $300 replacement fee
• Attend building induction (Sun–Fri 7pm, Sat 8am) before using pool, gym, or sauna
• Park only in your allocated car park space
• Arrival details confirmation must be completed before arrival, including government-issued ID
• Booking must include a valid phone number or email, or it may be cancelled
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
• Detailed check-in instructions sent before arrival
• Early check-in subject to availability (booking the night before guarantees access)
• Late check-out possible if schedule allows (after 12 pm = additional night fee)
• Noise sensor in living area – not a camera or recorder; monitors sound levels only for comfort and compliance
