*Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival if you’d like an alternate bed setup. A $100 fee per bed applies for changes made after check-in.



Please note: There is ongoing construction next to the property due to the continued growth of the neighbourhood. The construction work starts at 7 am and finishes at 5 pm, Monday to Saturday. The apartment has double glazed windows, and the construction does not obstruct your wider views of the Remarkables, Lake Wakatipu or the surrounding Queenstown mountains.



Guest Access:

You will have full use of the entire house except for the garage.



Please use the allocated outdoor parking space - do not park inside the garage.

This apartment is located off Frankton Road, making it very easy to get to downtown Queenstown or the airport.

Maximum of 6 guests

At least one guest must be over the age of 25

No pets, parties, smoking/vaping indoors and absolutely NO glitter.

3-night minimum stay applies year round.
