The Space:
This charming two bedroom apartment, within the contemporary Residence du Lac complex, is conveniently located between Frankton and Queenstown.
With stunning views of The Remarkables and the vibrant blue waters of Lake Wakatipu, it offers direct access to the Queenstown Trails showcasing wonderful walking and cycling to the outdoor enthusiasts.
Boasting seamless indoor-outdoor living, effortlessly connecting the open-plan kitchen and living area to lovely outdoor area. This is perfect for enjoying evening drinks sitting on the deck watching the winter sun set, or sipping morning coffee while planning the day's activities.
The kitchen is equipped with all the mod-cons including electric stovetop, oven, and fridge-freezer, including a Nespresso coffee machine, making it easy to whip up a delicious breakfast or snack...whilst the bathroom features underfloor heating and a heated towel rail, along with in-house washing and drying facilities. The spacious living area features a wide-screen TV and is warmed by a cozy heat pump and wall heater, ensuring a comfortable stay even during cooler months.
Private off-street parking is available in the designated car park.
Whether you're looking to relax and unwind or explore the surrounding area, this boutique apartment has everything you need for an unforgettable stay. With its prime location and stunning views, you'll feel like you're on top of the world.

Baby Accessories - We can provide a portacot, high chair and baby bath on request at a fee of $50 . Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival.
Please, no pets, no smoking indoors and no parties/events.
A maximum of 4 guests are allowed. The guest making the reservation must be over the age of 25.
Minimum 3 night stay during Christmas and New Year.

You will have access to the entire apartment. PLEASE NOTE: The apartment is located two levels below the car park, accessed via two sets of two flights of stairs. This may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns.

With direct access to the lake and the nearby Frankton walking track, guests can easily explore the scenic lakeside paths leading to Queenstown Gardens and the CBD. For those who prefer driving, Queenstown CBD is a mere five-minute drive away, offering an array of dining and entertainment options.
