Positioned in a sought-after pocket of North Wollongong, this sunlit contemporary apartment is designed for comfort and connection. The entry opens to a generous open-plan living area, where an oversized sofa invites you to stretch out and relax with a book or a movie. Wide windows fill the space with natural light and views of the surrounding greenery. Stay comfortable year-round with split-system air conditioning and heating in the living area.
