This property is self check-in. We will message you with access and parking instructions as well as the lockbox code. Please can you also leave the key in the lockbox when you depart.

The apartment is located in an apartment complex that is jointly managed by a different company. Please use our Hello Queenstown Office, located at 19 Shotover Street for all your enquiries. Please do not use the Swissbel Suites Pounamu Reception.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is part of the Pounamu complex. You'll be right across the street from Lake Wakatipu and just minutes from town.

Other Things to Note:
To access this unit off the carpark there will be 16-20 stairs (no elevator access).
One bedroom with wardrobes and ensuite bathroom with bathtubs and a laundry are landed on one floor. A subfloor with 4-5 steps in between carry the lounge and kitchen with dining table and lakeview balcony with outdoor seating.
