Guest will be guided to get an insurance that is required in all lawful high standard residential buildings all over Vancouver. It’s very low cost but help complying with bylaw and your own peace of mind.

We will also send you a building management form and manual to fill out and giving access to the apartment and building.

If you have a pet, please contact us as we may accept most of breeds following terms.

Please note that the move-in and move-out fees of the building is already included in the cleaning fees
