Fully furnished & uniquely styled with FREE WiFi, driveway parking & a quaint and cozy outdoor rear yard, this property really has a unique holiday vibe just waiting for you to experience. Bring the family or stay with friends - the perfect stay away in a home away from home in such a great location.

Welcome to Red Gum on Rugless. This gorgeous old-world charming, stylish and comfortable house is the perfect choice if you are looking to explore all that Glenelgâs inner suburbs have to offer. Located on Rugless Avenue in Glenelg East, Redgum is in the calm of the streets just outside the well known seaside restaurants, popular cafes and of course shops that line Jetty Road.
Upon arrival at Red Gum youâll immediately feel as though you`re at home and ready to enjoy all that this side of town has to offer. Entry into our home is via electronic smart lock for ease of access 24 hours.
This beautiful piece of history meeting modern style has been detailed to the highest of standards for a truly special space and stay. Our living is perfect for relaxing in front of the TV on the large leather sofa, opening up the double doors to the watch the street pass you by on the outdoor chairs in the sunshine or just simply kicking back to some tunes or with a good book while you simply relax- sounds like the stuff holidays are made of.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay including an oven, cooktop, fridge, dishwasher and plenty of wine glasses! Take a seat at our dining table and enjoy a meal with friends or make the neighbours jealous with the smell of a freshly grilled dinner straight off the barbeque.
Soak up some rays as you store away any extra luggage in the rear sunroom as you lounge in the comfort of puffy cushions, the leaves in your view as you peek over the pages of a âcanât put it downâ book and sip away a freshly brewed cup of Nespresso coffee - That is of course if you donât have the little people of the world playing away with the property`s complimentary toy baskets or the âbig kidsâ in us all getting competitive with the number of outdoor games provided for hours of entertainment in the private rear yard.
This sunroom can also be converted into a single bed if required.
Outdoors offers some bench seating to sit in the quiet of the garden or enjoy the sunshine with fellow guests at the table outside.
Both king size bed suites both offer bright but tranquil decor, side tables, luxury high loft quilts and pillows, and super soft vintage wash linen. There is both hanging space and draws for your convenience.
There is a main bathroom with a shower, under basin storage and towel rails. Separate to the bathroom is the toilet close to the laundry with a washing machine for use if needed on your stay. Enjoy the provisions of hair and body care amenities on us.
There is car parking available on the street just out front- mind the yellow lines but also a car space on the property in the driveway for a smaller vehicle. Large or wide vehicles will need to navigate the drive carefully as the entryway is quite narrow.
Youâll be delighted at every turn by the natural flow of the decor, styling pieces and pops of colour in this unique home. Come and stay awhile and enjoy this masterpiece all to yourself, we would love to have you.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
