Thoughtfully furnished with a generous kitchen, a sleek private bar, and a stunning freestanding bath, itâs designed for total ease and relaxation. Enjoy light-filled living spaces, unwind in two private courtyards, and step out to explore nearby cafĂ©s, parklands, and Adelaideâs most charming streets.
As you enter from leafy Childers Street, a central hallway leads you into the warm and welcoming living spaces, thoughtfully designed with modern flair and homely touches throughout. At the heart of the home is the inviting open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with a gas cooktop, dishwasher, coffee machine, and all the essentials for easy dining at home. Just beyond, the living and dining space flows effortlesslyâgather at the table by the built-in bookcases, relax on cosy lounges, or pour a drink from your very own private bar.
Step outside to two serene outdoor zones. One offers a leafy garden patio with bistro-style seating under a tree canopyâideal for slow mornings. The other is a private walled courtyard with plush seating for evening drinks or relaxed conversations under the stars.
The spacious primary bedroom features a plush king-sized bed (can be split into singles on request), a soft rug underfoot, and garden views through expansive windows. The second bedroom mirrors this comfort, with its own king-sized bed, a work desk, and generous built-in robesâideal for business or leisure travellers. Further along, two beautifully renovated bathrooms provide ultimate convenienceâone with a sleek walk-in shower and the other with a deep freestanding tub, perfect for long, luxurious soaks.
The apartment includes ducted reverse-cycle air conditioning, reliable Wi-Fi, and laundry facilities, ensuring every stay feels effortless. Rear parking is available for one car.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
