Less than a five-minute walk from the shoreline, slip into an easy coastal rhythm of beach walks, ocean swims and slow mornings. Sage By The Sea offers airy, light-filled interiors and a spacious living area designed for unwinding, while the well-equipped kitchen makes shared meals effortless. The undercover patio with alfresco lounge and BBQ invites relaxed outdoor dining, and a dedicated study space adds flexibility for functional, easy-going stays by the coast.

Settle into easy coastal living just moments from the beach, where days begin slowly and unfold at your own pace. The living area welcomes you with soft natural light and comfortable seating, creating a relaxed space to unwind after time by the water. Whether it’s a quiet morning or an evening in, ducted air conditioning, ceiling fans and a wall heater keep the space comfortable year-round.

The kitchen and dining area brings everyone together. Fully equipped with a gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher, fridge and coffee machine, it’s designed for everything from quick breakfasts before heading out to long, shared dinners at home. Step outside to the undercover patio, where the BBQ and outdoor dining setting create an easy flow for relaxed meals, while a comfortable lounge invites you to settle in for after-dinner chats.

Upstairs, the bedrooms offer a calm place to recharge. The primary bedroom features a king bed and walk-in robe, while the second bedroom includes a double bed and a dedicated study space for moments of focus. The third bedroom offers a queen bed, with all rooms kept comfortable by ceiling fans and ducted air conditioning.

The main bathroom includes both a bathtub and walk-in shower, ideal for rinsing off after the beach or unwinding at the end of the day, with a separate toilet adding everyday ease. A separate laundry with a combined washer and dryer, along with an additional toilet, makes longer stays simple.

Parking is available on the driveway for up to two cars. Please note the carport has been converted into an alfresco dining area and is not available for parking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
