Unwind in our peaceful one-bedroom bushland cottage nestled within a serene countryside setting, sharing the picturesque outdoor grounds of a larger estate. Ideal for couples, solo travellers, or small families, this self-contained retreat offers privacy, modern comfort, and nature views from every window.

Step into a bright, open-plan living space that combines comfort and functionality. The living area includes two cozy sofas (one converting to a sofa bed) and a smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the Yarra Valley.
A split system air conditioner/heater keeps the entire cottage comfortable year-round.

The adjoining kitchen features all essentials, electric cooktop, portable oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine plus a four-seater dining area where you can enjoy meals with pool views.

The bedroom includes a queen bed, floor-to-ceiling windows that open to the deck, and a walk-in robe offering ample storage.

In the bathroom, you’ll find a walk-in shower, toilet, and washer and dryer tucked neatly away, making it ideal for longer stays.

Relax on your private deck surrounded by native trees, the perfect spot for your morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset with the beautiful pool view.
A charcoal BBQ is provided for easy outdoor dining.
Guests can also enjoy the shared bushland grounds while the swimming pool remains exclusive to the main house, ensuring privacy for both accommodations.

Families are warmly welcomed, a portable baby cot, high chair, and children’s tableware are available in the cottage. The open natural surrounds are perfect for exploring, birdwatching, and peaceful playtime.

Self contained unit which is located on the same estate as the main house with shared grounds with space for 2 vehicle in front of the cottage and its own private entry. The cottage has exclusive use of the pool.

The garage, shed area are not accessible to guests. The hosts’ two friendly dogs live in a fenced paddock. This space is not guest-accessible, but adds to the peaceful country charm of the estate.
