This bright, inviting apartment features high ceilings and large windows that fill the space with gorgeous sunset light. Enjoy the upright piano in the living roomâbring your instruments and make yourself at home! Well stocked, the space includes everything you need to cook, clean, and relax during your stay.

This apartment is located on the second floor of 'The Byrne Building'. The building has been designated a municipal heritage building for its aesthetic value! The Byrne Building is an example of a turn-of-the 20th century mercantile/residential building in downtown St. Johnâs. The brick construction of the Byrne Building is typical for downtown St. Johnâs buildings built after the fire of 1892

To sum it up.... you have two bedrooms, a large living area, medium sized bathroom as well as a kitchen! The laundry is just a pop down over the stairs into a shared laundry room which is maintained by the owner!
