Position, position, position! Opposite Cook Park, this lovingly restored cottage is a perfect base for visiting Orange.
This gorgeous 3 bedroom house has recently undergone an immaculate renovation. Comfortably sleeping 7, this oasis is just a stroll from everything Orange has to offer.
There is an EV charger, free for use on the secure driveway.
An additional studio is also available (sleeps two) for larger groups - please be in touch if you need that space too.

Lounging and dining | An expansive, beautifully renovated kitchen, dining and lounge area will comfortably cater to everyone's needs.
This home features multiple dining tables - one inside and two outside.. The kitchen is well-equipped with brand new appliances and the back garden features a BBQ sunny courtyard.
Ask us about booking a private, catered lunch or dinner or visit the Farmer's Market (first Sat of every month) for some gourmet local produce and enjoy cooking it in our large fully equipped kitchen or on the BBQ.
Outdoors | 2 x dining table, BBQ, yard games and clothesline.
Location | close to cnr of Kite and Sampson St Orange. Walking distance to everything in the town centre and across the road from Cook Park.
