Escape to classic beach-house charm in beautiful Jervis Bay â just a 5-minute stroll to Callala Beach. Sunny, breezy living spaces and a generous covered rear patio make this an easy, relaxed spot for mornings with coffee or slow evenings around the BBQ. The house backs onto a bushland reserve, so youâll enjoy birdlife, a private leafy outlook and a real sense of calm.
Pets are welcome â bring your dogs and let them enjoy the enclosed yard and nearby beach walks.
Inside, an L-shaped lounge and dining layout centres on comfort and simple living: ceiling fans keep things cool in summer and a gas heater adds warmth in winter. The living room features a brand-new LG 55-inch Cinema Series Oled smart TV with complimentary access to Netflix, Stan and Amazon Prime, plus a DVD player with a large selection of DVDs for movie nights. The well-equipped kitchen includes a microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher, and thereâs an ownerâs pantry of basic items youâre welcome to use (please replace if you empty anything).
The bathroom has been recently renovated and features a jetted spa bath with a large window opening onto the backyard â perfect for a soak with a book and a glass of wine. Practical extras include a laundry with washing machine, dryer and an extra toilet, outdoor seating for six under the large covered patio, an outdoor shower and gas BBQ, a trampoline for the kids, and off-street parking for two cars. The home sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms.
Linen is not provided. This property is Bring your own Linen.

- From mid-October, linen and towels will be supplied at all properties at no additional charge. If you previously arranged linen hire for a BYO property, you will no longer need to â it is now included in your booking.
- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities â a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.
- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Whilst the majority of properties provide access to streaming services, guests may be required to log in via their own accounts.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Fencing: The property is fenced on rear, front garden is unfenced.
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds.

In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.

At the Northern side of Jervis Bay is gorgeous Callala Beach, backed by a reserve with barbecues and picnic tables and the most amazing white sand beach you have ever seen (puts Hyams to shame!). At Club Callala enjoy delicious food, lawn bowls and a round of golf on the 18-hole course where kangaroos roam. A courtesy bus operates around the local area seven days a week.
Nearby is the village of Myola and Currambene Creek, a popular fishing spot. You can rent a boat from Husky Hire-A-Boat at Woollamia Boat Ramp and explore the pretty waterway. Take the Husky Ferry from Myola to Huskisson, where dolphin- and whale-watching cruises depart.
Getting to Callala in the wonderful Shoalhaven region is easy. The drive from Sydney along the spectacular NSW South Coast or east from Canberra is less than three hours.
