1. Private street entrance directly into the townhouse.
2. Lift access via the apartment building.
The whole house is accessible to guests. Guests have access to all amenities, including the heated lap pool, gym, and rooftop terrace with BBQ facilities.
Onsite secure basement parking is included for two vehicles. Note: Height clearance for basement parking is 2.1m
â Paid Visitor Parking in basement, free for first 2 hours and then $4 for every hour thereafter with a maximum of $15 per day. Free street parking is also available.
