Free street parking is available on 12th Street, providing great convenience for guests traveling by car.
Guest Access Rights
1. You will have exclusive use of the entire unit, including the two bedrooms, open-concept living area, bathroom, laundry area, and outdoor patioâall facilities are fully equipped and ready for your use.
2. The kitchen (with cookware), washing machine/dryer, and sofa bed are all accessible to you. We also provide basic kitchen supplies, essential cooking seasonings, and laundry detergent for your convenience.
3. There is no need to share the above spaces with others. We kindly request no pets or indoor smoking; if you smoke on the patio, please clean up afterward.
