Located on the Encounter Bikeway within easy distance to the River, Historic Wharf district & the South Links Golf Club. The kitchen is equipped with Nespresso coffee machine, full oven, dishwasher & microwave.

Main lounge features a smart TV, R/C air con & ceiling fans. A relaxing second living area with a TV & Apple TV.

Lazy Palm has been recently renovated to offer light filled, stylish, modern accommodation within a 70s shack.

The space offers 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 and 2 with queen beds and bedroom 3 with single over double bunk. all beds are complete with linen and towels for each guest. Ceiling fans in each room for comfort.

You can enjoy space away from the kids with 2 separate living areas, both complete with tv`s. Free wi-fi is also included!

The kitchen has all the amenities you would expect including a Nespresso coffee machine for your morning coffee hit.

You can let the kids run around in the fully enclosed yard and enjoy a BBQ in the outdoor entertainment area.

The bathroom is spacious with a large shower including shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispenser.

Guests have access to entire property besides lock up shed

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival unless otherwise agreed upon by our tea.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
