- The home uses well water. While Mariposa County indicates that it is potable, the kitchen has filtered water available, and you may bring bottled water if you prefer
- Your safety matters. This property features 1 exterior security camera on the left side of the house, facing outwards towards the driveway. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. It records video and audio when motion is detected
- Due to high wildfire risk and Mariposa County regulations, no open flames are allowed on the property (while some activities in the county may be allowed with day-of permits, they are not permitted at this property). This includes the fire pit and any outdoor burning. The gas/charcoal BBQs may be used with extreme caution, and only when no fire restrictions are in effect
